Titah: Journal of Law is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal published electronically (online) by PT Penerbit Velora Indonesia through the Open Journal System (OJS) platform, appearing twice a year in April and October, serving as a platform for disseminating original research, doctrinal analysis, case studies, and policy studies across the full spectrum of legal disciplines, structured around four core focuses: public law, private and civil law, business, economic, and commercial law, and international and comparative law, with particular attention to legal issues at the intersection of law, economics, and business while remaining open to the broader field of legal scholarship; every submitted manuscript undergoes double-blind peer review by qualified reviewers, preceded by a similarity check, follows publication ethics standards set by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), and is published under an open access policy licensed under Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0), ensuring free access, citability, and usability for legal academics, practitioners, judges, policymakers, and postgraduate researchers both nationally and internationally.
