TITAH: Journal of Law is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal published electronically (online) by PT Penerbit Velora Indonesia through the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform, appearing twice a year in April and October, and serving as an academic platform for the dissemination of original research, doctrinal analysis, case studies, and policy studies across the full spectrum of legal disciplines. The journal is structured around four core areas: public law, private and civil law, business, economic, and commercial law, and international and comparative law, with particular attention to contemporary legal issues at the intersection of law, economics, and business, while remaining open to broader developments within legal scholarship. Every submitted manuscript undergoes a double-blind peer review process conducted by qualified reviewers and is preceded by a similarity check to maintain academic integrity and publication quality. The journal adheres to internationally recognized publication ethics and ethical guidelines established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) . TITAH: Journal of Law operates under an open access policy and publishes its articles under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA 4.0) license, enabling articles to be freely accessed, cited, shared, adapted, and redistributed provided that appropriate attribution is given and derivative works are distributed under the same license. Through this policy, the journal seeks to enhance the accessibility, visibility, and dissemination of legal scholarship for academics, researchers, legal practitioners, judges, policymakers, postgraduate students, and other stakeholders at both national and international levels.

Titah: Journal of Law aims to advance legal scholarship and practice by providing a rigorous, peer-reviewed platform for the publication of original research, doctrinal analysis, case studies, and policy studies across the full spectrum of legal disciplines. The journal seeks to bridge theoretical legal scholarship with practical application, fostering critical inquiry into legal reform, regulatory development, and the evolving relationship between law, business, and society in Indonesia and internationally.
Titah welcomes contributions from legal academics, practitioners, judges, policymakers, and postgraduate researchers, with particular attention to legal issues arising at the intersection of law, economics, and business, while remaining open to the full breadth of public, private, and international legal disciplines.
