Publication Regularity

The journal is committed to maintaining consistency between its declared publication frequency and the actual publication of each issue.

Regularity is an important component of responsible journal management. Each issue should therefore be published according to the stated annual schedule of April and October.

2

Editorial Processing and Issue Assignment

Manuscripts are processed according to the journal's editorial procedures, including preliminary evaluation, similarity screening, peer review, revision, editorial decision, copyediting, proofreading, and production.

Acceptance of a manuscript does not automatically determine the issue in which it will appear. An accepted manuscript is assigned to an appropriate regular issue based on completion of the editorial and production process as well as the journal's publication schedule.

All articles must complete the required editorial and peer-review process before they are formally published in an issue.
3

Publication Dates

The journal identifies its regular publication months as April and October.

The individual publication date displayed in each article should correspond to the actual date on which the article is formally published through the journal platform.

TRANSPARENT EDITORIAL HISTORY

Article History

Published articles record relevant editorial dates to provide transparency concerning the manuscript's processing history.
Received Revised Accepted Published

These dates should reflect the actual documented editorial history maintained in the journal management system.

Quality over Publication Pressure
The journal's publication schedule does not reduce the scholarly, ethical, or peer-review requirements applied to manuscripts.

Manuscripts will not be accepted or published solely to fill an issue. Each article must satisfy the journal's editorial, methodological, peer-review, research-integrity, and publication-ethics standards.
