Online Submission Process

Once logged in, authors can begin the journal's online submission process through the OJS platform.

Authors should complete each submission stage carefully and ensure that all manuscript files and metadata are accurate before finalizing the submission.

Submission should be completed through the journal's electronic system rather than by sending manuscript files directly to individual editors or reviewers.
3

Manuscript Preparation

Authors should prepare manuscripts in accordance with the journal's Author Guidelines and official manuscript template.
✓ Ensure the manuscript is relevant to the journal's aims and scope.
✓ Follow the required manuscript structure and formatting.
✓ Provide complete author names and affiliations.
✓ Prepare the abstract and keywords according to journal requirements.
✓ Verify citations, legal authorities, references, and DOI information.
✓ Include all required declarations and statements.
4

Originality & Similarity

Manuscripts must represent original scholarly work and must not be simultaneously submitted to another journal.

TITAH: Journal of Law applies similarity screening using Turnitin. The journal's maximum overall Similarity Index is 20%, subject to contextual editorial assessment of the matched material.

A similarity score below the threshold does not automatically establish originality where substantial unattributed copying or other forms of plagiarism are identified.

5

Peer Review

Manuscripts that successfully pass preliminary editorial screening proceed to the journal's double-blind peer-review process.

Authors are expected to respond carefully and professionally to reviewer comments and submit revisions within the editorial workflow when revision is requested.

6

Required Declarations

The manuscript should include all required declarations applicable to the submitted research.
Author Contributions Funding Statement Conflict of Interest AI Statement
Statement on the Use of Artificial Intelligence
Authors must transparently disclose relevant use of generative AI or AI-assisted technologies in accordance with the journal's policy.

Artificial Intelligence cannot be listed as an author. Human authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, references, legal analysis, confidentiality, and integrity of the manuscript.
