TITAH: Journal of Law provides immediate open access to its published content in order to support the widest possible dissemination, accessibility, use, and development of legal scholarship.

Author Rights

Authors retain recognition and attribution for their scholarly work.

Third-Party Materials

Authors must ensure that copyrighted photographs, figures, tables, maps, datasets, illustrations, or other third-party materials are used lawfully and appropriately attributed.

Material that is not covered by the article's CC BY-SA 4.0 license should be clearly identified with the applicable copyright, permission, or licensing information.

Sharing and Repository Use

The open-access model enables published articles to be shared through legitimate scholarly and institutional channels in accordance with the CC BY-SA 4.0 license.

Authors and readers may share the published version through institutional repositories, academic profiles, personal academic webpages, teaching platforms, and other lawful channels, provided that the original publication is properly identified.

Whenever possible, users should retain the article DOI and link to the official journal version so that readers can locate the authoritative published record.

Citation and Scholarly Attribution

Open access does not remove the obligation to cite published work.

Any use of ideas, arguments, quotations, findings, data, legal analysis, tables, figures, or other scholarly content must be accompanied by appropriate attribution and citation in accordance with accepted academic practice.

TITAH: Journal of Law does not require readers to subscribe to the journal in order to access published article full texts.

Open access is intended to maximize the availability and dissemination of published legal research to academics, practitioners, judges, policymakers, students, researchers, institutions, and the wider public.

Open Access and Author Fees
The journal's open-access policy concerns public access and reuse rights for published content.

Any submission, processing, publication, or other author charges, where applicable, should be disclosed separately and transparently through the journal's Author Fees policy.

Integrity of the Published Version

Authors and readers are encouraged to use the official journal version when citing or redistributing an article.
