Manuscript Structure
Introduction
Explain the psychological or behavioral issue, global and national context, empirical evidence, theoretical foundation, research gap, novelty, objective, research questions, or hypotheses. The final paragraph should state the expected contribution.
Literature Review
Critically synthesize current and relevant literature by constructs, theories, mechanisms, relationships, and unresolved problems. Avoid presenting a simple author-by-author summary.
Hypothesis Development
Where applicable, develop each hypothesis from established theory and empirical evidence. Explain the psychological mechanism and end each subsection with a clear and testable hypothesis.
Research Methods
Describe the design, setting, period, participants, sampling, instruments, data collection, validity and reliability, qualitative trustworthiness, ethical safeguards, and analysis. Completed procedures should be written in the past tense.
Results and Discussion
Present findings logically and interpret their psychological, theoretical, and managerial significance. Compare results with previous studies, explain unexpected findings, and avoid repeating all values already shown in tables.
Conclusion
Synthesize the main answer to the research objective, theoretical contribution, and practical implications. Do not introduce new data, references, or arguments.
Tables, Figures, and Equations
Tables and figures must be numbered consecutively using Arabic numerals and cited in the text before they appear. Place table titles above tables and figure captions below figures. Include the source beneath any adapted or reproduced material. Tables should use essential headings and horizontal rules without vertical lines. Avoid decorative colours and screenshots of tables.
Use Garamond 12-point font for tables, figures, captions, and notes, with a minimum of 10 points when necessary. Each table or figure should remain readable and fit on one portrait page. Equations must be numbered consecutively and all symbols must be defined in the surrounding text.
Citations and References
In-text citations and the reference list must follow the American Psychological Association, Seventh Edition. Every source cited in the manuscript must appear in the reference list, and every reference-list entry must be cited in the manuscript.
References must be arranged alphabetically by the first author’s surname and formatted with a hanging indent. Authors should prioritize current, relevant, peer-reviewed literature and verify all names, titles, years, journal details, page ranges, and links before submission.
Include an active DOI in the format https://doi.org/... whenever a valid DOI exists. Do not invent, estimate, or guess DOI information. For sources without a DOI, provide complete APA metadata and a stable URL where appropriate.
