Volume and Issue Structure

One volume is assigned to each calendar year. The June publication is designated as the first issue of the volume, while the December publication is designated as the second issue. Volume and issue information is displayed consistently on the journal website, table of contents, article landing pages, article metadata, and published article files.

Each article receives complete bibliographic information, including the journal title, volume, issue, publication year, page range or article number, publication date, and Digital Object Identifier when available.

Publication Regularity

Consistent Schedule

JCBP maintains a regular publication schedule and publishes each issue within its designated publication month.

Complete Issue Metadata

Every issue includes a publication date, volume and issue designation, table of contents, article metadata, and complete publication files.

Editorial Continuity

Manuscript screening, peer review, revision, copyediting, layout, and proofreading are managed according to the publication schedule.

Article Scheduling

Accepted manuscripts are assigned to an issue based on the completion of peer review, editorial revision, copyediting, layout preparation, author proofreading, metadata verification, and the availability of space within the planned issue. Acceptance of a manuscript does not automatically guarantee publication in the nearest issue.

The Editor-in-Chief determines the final composition and order of articles in each issue. Editorial scheduling does not affect the scientific independence of peer review or the standards applied to acceptance decisions.

Supplementary and Special Issues

JCBP may publish a supplementary or special issue when there is a clear academic purpose and sufficient high-quality content. Any supplementary or special issue does not replace, delay, or alter the regular June and December publication schedule.

Manuscripts included in a supplementary or special issue must undergo the same editorial screening, double-blind peer review, publication ethics assessment, revision requirements, and final editorial decision process as manuscripts submitted to regular issues.

Publication Delays and Schedule Changes

When an unforeseen technical, administrative, legal, or ethical circumstance affects the planned publication schedule, the editorial office will provide an appropriate notice on the journal website. The notice will explain the nature of the delay and state the revised publication schedule when it can be determined.

Changes to the journal's regular publication frequency must be formally approved by the publisher and editorial leadership. Any permanent change will be announced publicly and applied consistently to subsequent volumes.

Publication Commitment

JCBP is committed to publishing two complete and timely issues each year in June and December. Publication frequency information is displayed consistently across the journal website, issue archive, journal metadata, and relevant indexing services.
